Do It Like An Olympian
Lovemaking improves your health – FACT!
Doing it, bumping uglies, gettin’ down and dirty, making love, whatever you choose to call it, it may offer benefits for both body and mind. Science proves it! Besides feeling good, I mean really really good, having sex can help improve health.
Boost your immunity by doing the horizontal dance between the sheets. No, really; making love more often is associated with higher levels of the body’s own natural defenses to illness. Getting one to two weekly doses of lovin’ has been linked to increased amounts of the antibody immunoglobin A or IgA, which can offer protection from infections like the common cold. So along with getting plenty of fluids, veggies, and fruits, adding a healthy dose of sexual healing with our fruit flavored condoms can be good for your health.
Get lean, toned, and healthy with that special bedroom exercise we all know and love. Just a half hour of sexual activity can burn 85 calories, more if you are especially vigorous or acrobatic, so keep up the yoga classes! A real hot and heavy lovemaking session can get the heart rate up and start the body sweating; it’s great aerobic exercise for both partners. Experts know that bringing your special guy or gal to a climax is a wonderful achievement and can take hard work, both physically and psychologically. With the help of fun flavored condoms, you can inspire a great fat-burning, muscle-toning workout session. You know it will be way more fun than that step aerobics class down at the gym.
You may have noticed how you love to roll over and snooze after an especially exciting bout of lovemaking, but did you know that sex is actually linked to getting better sleep? According to research, the oxytocin the body releases during orgasm helps promote sleep. Also known as the intimacy chemical, oxytocin helps create a feeling of calmness, security, and trust, while solidifying the bond between partners. This may be why cuddling up and having a nap is so appealing after a good boot-knocking session. Getting enough sleep is linked to many health benefits like improved cognitive function, maintaining a healthy weight, and better immune responses. So, give in to your body’s cravings and let yourself have a snore after sexy time.
As passion rises, stress reduces and blood pressure lowers. It is well known that having a great shag can help shed anxiety and stress. This can be beneficial to both physical and mental health. Frequent intercourse is also associated with lower blood pressure levels which is good for the brain and the heart. Be adventurous and try some flavored condoms, tell your partner they are heart healthy!

This was a surprisingly enlightening blog post on sex! It was really cool to see you incorporate information on oxytocin. Ironically, just the other day I was looking for what the name of that “touching chemical” was, and could not find any answers. Strange I manage to find here, of all places. Anyways, as is inevitable, sex is a great thing! I love the experience. It is almost funny to write that, as I don’t exactly frequent sex related websites; but had heard about flavored condoms and never saw any at my local grocery store. It will definitely be something I check out down the road when I get a girlfriend.
I feel like someone should be keeping count of how many different ways you refer to “sex” throughout this article. It definitely made me laugh, which I suppose is always a good thing and a highly attractive quality
. The fact that lovemaking increases one’s health is common knowledge, or at least it would be if sex was taught properly in school classrooms around the world. I can say that regular sex sessions definitely allow me to relax, almost like I just drank alcohol that was really expensive and fantastic! If people are not having regular sex, I must say they are definitely missing out. Of course, don’t be stupid either people! Make sure you use condoms and be safe when you do the deed. If you want to spice up your sex life too, definitely order some flavored condoms from this site. I’ve ordered them before for my boyfriend, and they are always a great topic of conversation because they are humorous and they taste good as well. Nothing quite like having a good tasting “thing” in my mouth.
I can say from first hand experience that sex leads to better sleep. I know for one it does not lead to a good cuddle or a snuggle afterwards. My partner rolls over and literally just passes out, no kiss goodnight or anything! What you need to do is somehow incorporate caffeine into your flavored condoms, and make female one’s too! There is no reason flavored condoms should just be for men to wear and the gals to enjoy. They make me more “aware” when my boyfriend uses them on occasion, so why not give him the same opportunity? Sometimes it makes me wish I had a “thing.” Sometimes I feel like guys get all the real fun out of sexual relations. I want nice things too.
You would think there would be more guys coming on here and commenting, maybe they don’t want to be seen looking at flavored condoms? Even worse (or is it?), maybe only girls are looking for flavored condoms? It doesn’t really matter either way, just something I kind of noticed as I was looking through your blog. Personally, I love sex for a lot of reasons, but it is great that I am able to burn some calories and feel healthier afterwards. Maybe more sex-related companies should start promoting having sex for the sake of health and getting exercise, maybe more needy people would be able to engage in it. Sometimes I feel like people are really dumb for not knowing the real benefit of sex. I think we take it a little too seriously, even after we have birth control and condoms on hand.
Frankly, sex feels good. It is good to know that the good feelings sex bring come additionally with health benefits. It is amazing to see how human beings tend to live longer if they are having an active sex life. Assuming they are having sex safely (hooking up every night without condoms is probably going to shorten your life instead of extend it!), it can be a really great benefit. I think for once I will without a doubt trust science and the research that tells us to have sex, if you will. Sounds like a good idea to me. Now…just to find someone to do it with…
My friend Greg (as seen above) sent me a link to this website, I guess thinking I would find it to be funny. haha. I have to say, it is pretty funny, interesting, and in some ways (like in this article) pretty enlightening as well. While I think it is common knowledge that sex is a healthy thing (it is an exercise of sorts), I do not think most people are aware of the details. When talking about getting better sleep as a byproduct of sexual intercourse, or getting into the chemicals that are released, then you are talking in a territory not often discussed by the common person. As odd as it is for my guy friend Greg to send me to this site, I think it is really great for people in need of some unique condoms and by extension unique sex encounters. Very interesting! Maybe my boyfriend will be able to “do it like an Olympian” some day.
